WHAT IS STUDIO 404?

Studio 404 is a non-profit social enterprise built around a simple idea: getting people off their screens and into real life.

We create imaginative, culturally relevant experiences that give people a reason to show up, meet each other and be part of something.

From art exhibitions, music events and fashion shows to brand activations, marketing campaigns, festivals, markets and community spaces, we transform spaces and public places into destinations for culture and connection.

We believe the best experiences do more than communicate a message. They make people feel something.

Every Studio 404 project is centred around human connection. We bring together brands, spaces, artists, emerging talent and local communities to create experiences that drive footfall, celebrate culture, spark conversation and build genuine community.

Because in an increasingly digital world, showing up matters.

We make the digital, physical.
We make connection happen IRL.

Hosted at Laundry Studios, London, E8

In a culture obsessed with overnight success, instant gratification and algorithm-obsessed output, 10,000 HOURS is a reminder that the best things are built slowly.

This exhibition celebrates the beauty of process: the sketches nobody sees, the failed experiments, the playful detours, the years spent refining an idea, a technique, or your voice. It’s about falling in love with the journey of making, not just the final result.

RSVP is essential for entry - spaces are limited.

Our record breaking 4 floor takeover of the adidas London flagship store

Through showcasing over 150 artists and creatives, we broke all previous app and store records for downloads and capacity. Transforming the Oxford Street store into a celebration of art and culture.

Attracting thousands of sign ups and visitors, we achieved a 118% turn-up rate (we genuinely couldn't fit everyone in) and set a new benchmark for in store creative activations.

One adidas exec called it "the strongest communiy-connecting event I've ever seen inside retail."

We turned an empty shop in Canary Wharf into one of the best immersive pop ups in London.

Delivered in partnership with Canary Wharf, the project transformed a long-empty former Topman unit into a bold, neon-lit installation.

Attracting thousands of visitors, what was initially a 6 week activation was doubled to be 12 weeks. It became a destination for people, they enjoyed the art, connected with one another and experienced something unique. All instead of walking past an empty shop

It’s proof that a vacant shop can be the most popular space in the mall.

Part of our ongoing collaboration with BOSS, we brought to life BOSS Regent St with artwork from London based artist Olly Fathers.

Through close collaboration and an understanding of the aesthetic and ambitions of the store, our partnership saw the elevation of the in store experience through art.

We have been commissioned by BOSS in stores including London, Amsterdam, Shanghai and Liverpool.
